Adding Us as an Email Contact Is Easy … and Important
As an Identity Guard® member‚ you will be receiving emails from these two addresses:
Please add both email addresses to your contact list. This is especially important if you have selected EMAIL as your preferred Identity Guard delivery method for your account alerts and notifications. If you don’t take this step‚ your ISP may inadvertently deliver our emails to your Junk Mail or Spam folder.

AOL
Instructions
- Open an Identity Guard® email.
- Click on ‘Identity Guard’ in the ‘From’ field.
- Click ‘Add Contact’ in pop-up box.
- Fill in the form and push the ‘Add Contact’ button.
- Identity Guard will be added to your contacts list.
gmail
Instructions
- Open an Identity Guard® email.
- Click on the down arrow in the right hand corner of the message.
- Click on ‘Add Identity Guard to Contacts List’ in the menu.
- Identity Guard will be added to your contacts list.
Hotmail
Instructions
- Open an Identity Guard® email.
- Click on ‘Identity Guard’ in the email header.
- Identity Guard will be added to your contacts list.
Outlook
Instructions
- Open an Identity Guard® email.
- Click on the ‘Safe Lists’ on the ‘Message’ tab
- Select ‘Add Sender’s Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List’ from the drop down menu.
- Click on ‘Add Sender to Safe Senders List’
- Identity Guard will be added to your Safe senders list.
Yahoo
Instructions
- Open an Identity Guard® email.
- Click on the ‘More actions for selected emails’ icon in the top of the message.
- Select ‘Add Sender to Contacts’ from the drop down menu.
- Click the ‘Save’ button when the ‘Add to Contacts’ window appears.
- Identity Guard will be added to your contacts list.
