So whether you purchase an annual or monthly risk-free membership, or take advantage of a free trial, when you pay for your services upfront, you're covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

How Our Refund Policy Works

Enrollment in a Free Trial:

  • Annual Membership: If you cancel your service after your free trial period, we'll refund the unused portion of your prepaid annual membership.**
  • Monthly Membership: If you cancel your service after your time trial period, we'll stop billing you for the service.**

Risk-Free* Enrollment:

  • Annual Membership: No matter when you cancel your service, you'll receive a pro-rated refund of the full amount you've prepaid for your annual membership.**
  • Monthly Membership: If you cancel during your 30-day risk-free trial, you will be entitled to a full refund.**

*Please note that you may cancel your service at any time, but you must cancel within 30 days of placing your order to be entitled to a refund. However, if you prepaid for more than one month of your subscription at the time you placed your order, you may receive a pro-rated refund when you cancel. Please reference the offer under which you enrolled for further details.
